Tween Celebs at Tween Town Hall in LA March 13

Ally Katzz' Tween Town Hall (a follow-up to the Tween Summit held in DC last October) convenes for the afternoon tomorrow at UCLA, and several tween celebrities have signed up to attend, including Demi Lovato's little sister Madison de la Garza and Anna Maria Perez de la Tagle (from Camp Rock and Fame).

As at the Summit, tween girls will discuss issues important to them, including community service and ways to make an impact.
