Tweens in Washington, DC are a-Twitter over Justin Bieber's surprise appearance this week. He made good on his promise to visit Philadelphia already, and his visit today to a Philly radio station nearly caused a riot. Mum's the word on where and when he'll be in Washington, but with his scheduled live performances on QVC (presumably at their studios in Delaware) on March 9th and 12th, we're betting that DC will see Mr. Bieber on March 10th or 11th (Caps play at home on the 10th).
