Watch This With Your Tween Daughter: Facebook COO on Work-Life Balance

We stumbled across this amazing 15-minute talk on women in the workforce and what she would tell her own (now) 2-year old daughter on work-life balance by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. Arguably one of the most influential women in business today, Ms. Sandberg speaks eloquently about the challenging facing mothers at work, fathers at home, co-parenting, and role modeling for girls. In her own words, "this speech comes with no judgments" about the choice to stay at home or work, and we think this is a great 15-minutes to spend with our own tween daughters.

This speech was made at the TED Women's Conference in Washington last month, and there are three key points:
  1. Take a seat at the table
  2. Make your partner a true partner
  3. Don't leave before you leave
You can see the whole speech below or on our YouTube channel.
