Miley Cyrus' little sister, Noah, celebrated her 10th birthday on Thursday. This young lady is star of her own YouTube show, "The Noie and Ems Show", along with her cousin and BFF, Emily Grace Reeves (who had a role in The Hannah Montana Movie). She also lent her voice to the Ponyo movie along with Frankie Jonas. This photo of Ms. Cyrus was taken yesterday at her father's (Billy Ray Cyrus) movie premiere in L.A. for The Spy Next Door (which opens in theatres January 15th) - what do you think of her You-Belong-To-Me-Taylor-Swift big glasses look?
