July 30th is unofficially National Cheesecake Day, and Ms Twixt and family celebrated at the Cheesecake Factory (where else?). While surfing around, however, we found this pic of a totally wild, tie-dyed cheesecake. It's from Walt Disney World's Pop Century Resort and the recipe can be found here.
