Best Places to Be a Kid on Christmas

Did you see this? The University of Toronto has compiled a list of the top cities in the U.S. to be a kid on Christmas morning. The listing is based on four criteria:

1. the number of children under age 14
2. toy and game stores per capita
3. candy stores per capita
4. the probability of having snow on Christmas Day
