The Festival of Colors, Holi, is today in India and celebrates the end of winter and arrival of spring. Kids and adults celebrate by throwing colored powders on each other and playing pranks. While dousing your neighbors in powered paint won't be taken too well in the U.S., you can celebrate with colorful foods. We found rainbow bread, rainbow Jell-O, and rainbow cake!
