And she holds her own! In case you missed it, Ellen DeGeneres has discovered twelve-year old tween Savannah Johnson with pipes that left us breathless. She invited Ms. Johnson to appear on The Ellen Show this week to sing alongside Jennifer Hudson. Check out the video below:
Ms. DeGeneres had previously discovered Greyson Chance and Maria Aragon. We're looking forward to following young Savannah's music career.

Greyson Chance and Cody Simpson Coming to D.C.!
Rising tween music stars Greyson Chance and Cody Simpson are coming to Washington, DC for a joint concert on April 28th!
Tickets are only $25 and the show is at a convenient downtown location (the Synagogue at Sixth and I). It's a great chance to see these two before they are everywhere (well, everywhere beyond YouTube), and I guarantee you that your tween will go nuts for a chance to go.

10 Year Old Tween Maria Aragon Invited to Sing With Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga has invited ten year old Maria Aragon to join her onstage at her Toronto concert to sing her hit, "Born This Way". Ms. Aragon joins Greyson Chance and Justin Bieber in being the latest music sensation to be discovered via YouTube.
Her mother uploaded a video of her singing "Born This Way", and Perez Hilton saw it and sent it to Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga was so impressed that she contacted Ms. Aragon and invited her to join her on stage.
Ellen DeGeneres had Ms. Aragon on her show yesterday - we loved her interview and the reasons she expressed for wanting to cover the song.
Lady Gaga's Monster Ball concert plays at the Verizon Center in Washington tomorrow.

A Classical Take on Lady Gaga: The Vitamin String Quartet
We *heart* this: a string quartet version of Lady Gaga's hits including Poker Face, Paparazzi, and Just Dance. The Vitamin String Quartet is a collective of classical musicians in L.A., and their work was been recognized by Disney (they were commissioned to contribute a track on an all-star tribute to Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas) - they've even done an album from the music from Glee! They apply "a rock n' roll attitude to classical technique" - way cool.
Greyson, it looks like you're in good company.
Their Lady Gaga album is available on iTunes.
